  • Hot Dog Yoga May 2021 Byron Bay Retreat

International travel is on hold for now, but you can still escape the hustle and bustle of Sydney! Treat yourself and/or a loved one to a luxurious yoga retreat. Spend 4 days & 3 nights unwinding, connecting with yourself and the amazing HDY community in the beautiful hinterland of Byron Bay.

Move, breathe, simply be and create space in your body and mind with a well-balanced program of two yoga classes daily and activities. Although, we take no offence if you skip some of these to just kick back in the private villa or by the infinity pool and spa with breathtaking views!

There will be plenty of free time to relax and reset, enjoy delicious food, and be pampered.

    Thursday 6th May 2021 4pm – Sunday 9th May 2021 10am

    The Accommodation

The majestic 600sqm villa is in Teven, a 15-minute drive from Ballina airport.

Set on a 100-acre beautiful macadamia farm, expect expansive decks overlooking the ocean, multiple spas, an infinity pool with magnificent views across the orchards of Byron Hinterland, in-floor heating and views from all rooms. The space is exquisitely decorated with lush Moroccan antique rugs and Vietnamese contemporary art adorning the walls. Javanese antiques and Timorese artefacts line the interiors and fill the corridors.

    Your Retreat Hosts

Jeremin and Arjanna are dedicated practitioners and experienced yoga teachers. Together on retreat they will create an inclusive environment that will support you in having a truly relaxing and fun holiday experience.

Both spent their childhood years in hot, humid Asia (hence the love for warmer climes). Jeremin is an ex-dancer, dog-person, loves hiking and is a planner. Arjanna is a science writer, cat-person, loves surfing and is a dreamer. Like yin and yang!

They have planned intelligently sequenced classes with the right amount of challenge and rest, strength and flexibility, that will deepen, uplift and inspire your practice.
