Hosted by HDY teacher @breathe.and.begin , your day retreat includes: ~ 90 minute Vinyasa Yoga practice ~ 90 minute Yin Yoga practice ~ Pranayama (Yogic breathwork) ~ Guided Journaling ~ Guided Meditation ~ Vision board workshop (all materials provided) ~ Belly and soul filling lunch and afternoon tea This balance of practices offers you the opportunity to connect with self, gain clarity, and envisage an intentional path forward.
