Bianca discovered yoga at 17 after transitioning out of the dance world. In 2021, she deepened her commitment to the practice by completing her first 200-hour teacher training. Since then, she has accumulated over 600 hours of additional training with teachers including Noelle Connelly, Danielle Coulibaly, Danielle Barker, Sarah Routhier, Rachel Coopes, Simon Park, Joan Hyman, and Patrick Beach, and remains deeply grateful for the knowledge and dedication they share.

Her teaching style combines strong foundations, refined technique, and thoughtful progressions to support flexibility, strength, and inversions. Bianca's classes are fun, playful, and empowering, designed to help students build confidence, enhance mobility, and cultivate a deeper connection to breath and body.

This mindful flow will challenge you physically and mentally, allowing you to walk away feeling stronger, energized, balanced and light!

Open to all levels, beginners will be offered modifications, while seasoned yogis can explore depth in their practice.
