Bianca's fluid teaching style is strong yet paced, emphasising cueing alignment and energetics. Each practice with her is an opportunity to sensitise to the body's intuitive calls — to pay attention to all the metaphors, contradictions, and non-linear truths that yoga has to share with each breath and every movement.

I developed a dedicated yoga practice in pursuit of regaining health after an autoimmune attack, losing my kidney function. This drastically changed my life. It didn't take much time to realise what a powerful addition yoga is alongside modern medicine in regaining and maintaining physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. I credit my teachers, near and far, for the depth of knowledge and wisdom they've shared. It's an honour to share this practice through my lens.

Since gaining her yoga teaching certification with Sydney's BodyMindLife, Bianca has deepened her offering as a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher with extended training in Krama Vinyasa sequencing, Alignment & Assists, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga as therapeutics and ZenThai BodyWork.
