Evangeline

Evangeline's love of yoga started when she was living in San Francisco. She was stressed from her job and looked for a way to de-stress with some form of movement. While travelling through Europe, she had an epiphany that she wanted to leave the corporate world and teach yoga.

Since her early days of yoga, Evangeline has participated in teacher trainings with Maty Ezraty, Twee Merrigan and Shiva Rea and has completed Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Mark Breadner. She has also branched off to teaching Aerial Yoga, Barre and Mat Pilates and facilitates yoga retreats and Aerial Yoga teacher training.

Evangeline is inspired by her family, friends, nature, and her teachers. She loves to incorporate different styles of yoga in her creative and fun classes.

I love teaching and sharing this passion with others. I strive to practice what I preach and live yoga off the mat. I encourage students to relax, have fun, and be themselves. Yoga is a beautiful journey, enjoy!
