Kim comes to her classes with a passion to help her students achieve individual empowerment, liberty and personal exploration and development in body and mind.

One of her first introductions to the yoga practice was as picturesque as they come: on the rooftop of a small hostel while visiting the Taj Mahal in the Indian city of Agra. From then on the yoga practice became an integral and constant in her day-to-day. Understanding the beauty, power and releasing nature of the practice, each class is designed with a goal to help students find a little extra magic, connection, empowerment and happiness both on and off their mat.

About Vinyasa Flow

Our signature class is a moderately-paced flow incorporating intelligent, creative sequencing to progress to a peak posture.

Every class is kept interesting with diverse sequences that inspire playful curiosity while maintaining an awareness of the breath and a focus on alignment.

This mindful flow will challenge you physically and mentally, allowing you to walk away feeling stronger, energized, balanced and light!

Open to all levels, beginners will be offered modifications, while seasoned yogis can explore depth in their practice.

Yin yoga is the antidote to the constant stimulation and stress we experience in the modern world and the perfect complement to balance out our more dynamic and active (yang) styles of yoga.

Expect long holds in postures to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues. Experience deep release as you work through areas of the body that habitually hold tension. Quieting the mind is the supreme focus of these classes, as you work towards meditation and deep relaxation.

Beneficial for all; come with an open heart and mind, begin to let go, fall gently into the embrace of stillness, lean into the resistance and challenge yourself in a different way.
