Marc started his practice after searching for alternative fitness modalities following a knee injury that affected his running routine. After a few years of attending classes, he enrolled in the 200 hour Teacher Training at Body Mind Life, which not only deepened his practice but also changed his entire perspective on Yoga.

Whether it's the embodiment of the physical practice, or the stillness of breath and meditation, at the end of the day it's how Yoga makes people feel that makes it a lifelong journey. At the moment, arm balances and inversions hold a special place on the mat in Marc's personal practice. However, back bending (his nemesis) seems to be slowly getting more attention.

Off the mat, Marc is a foodie on all fronts and eats with his eyes first!

Focused on building and engaging core strength, this class will target the abdominal, side waist and back muscles, while firing up the glutes, testing cardiovascular and mental endurance.

Expect it to be sweaty, dynamic and intensely satisfying.

Open to practitioners who have previous yoga experience, not suitable during pregnancy unless practitioner has a strong practice pre-pregnancy and is willing to modify practice.
