Morgan has maintained a devoted yoga practice since 2004, developing a deep appreciation for alignment, discipline, and mindful movement. She began studying intensively with Patrick Creelman and Rinat Perlman in 2011, completing both her 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings with them.
Over the years, Morgan has continued to refine her practice through advanced studies with Jared McCann, Tiffany Cruikshank, and Miguel Santana, all of whom have deeply influenced her approach to asana, breath, and energetic balance. Her teaching draws from a wide range of traditions including Hatha, Vinyasa, Alignment-based, Hot, and Advanced practice, with a strong emphasis on Pranayama and Meditation.
Morgan's movement background began in the classical arts, having trained in ballet at the Vienna State Opera Ballet School, where she developed a lifelong respect for precision, grace, and embodied expression. After spending over a decade teaching and practicing throughout Hong Kong, Japan, and Bangkok, she now shares her classes with a grounded, compassionate presence informed by both Eastern philosophy and creative exploration.
