Yoga has been a constant in Sophie's life, providing a way to calm her busy mind and connect to the present. As someone who loves movement but often struggles to slow down, yoga became a bridge connecting her mind, body, and breath. It has strengthened Sophie's appreciation for her physical and spiritual self.

When Sophie moved to Australia, yoga helped her stay centred. It also fostered meaningful connections and allowed her to find her community in unfamiliar places. Over time, Sophie realised she wanted to share the joy and transformative power of yoga with others and give back to this incredible community. Her training is rooted in Ashtanga, infused with a modern, playful twist and opportunities for deeper exploration of poses.

Sophie aims to create a welcoming environment where students can grow, experiment and embrace their own yoga journey.

Every class is kept interesting with diverse sequences that inspire playful curiosity while maintaining an awareness of the breath and a focus on alignment.

This mindful flow will challenge you physically and mentally, allowing you to walk away feeling stronger, energized, balanced and light!

Open to all levels, beginners will be offered modifications, while seasoned yogis can explore depth in their practice.
