Sophie was introduced to yoga at 16 by her Mum through asana, the physical practice of yoga. What began as a way to move her body gradually evolved into something much deeper.

In more recent years, Sophie has become increasingly curious about the broader philosophy of yoga and the eight limbs that underpin the practice. Through exploring these teachings both on and off the mat, she has come to appreciate yoga not simply as a form of exercise but as a framework for navigating life with greater awareness, presence and intention.

After completing her teacher training, Sophie felt called to share these teachings with others. Her hope is to create a welcoming space where people can move, breathe and reconnect with themselves, taking whatever they need from the practice and leaving the rest.
